What counts as a successful referral?
Your referred contact needs to sign up with DSM Talent through your unique signup link and have a talent successfully placed by our team. Both steps are required. Once that happens, your bonus is on its way.
What do I need to do after I make an introduction?
Nothing at all. Just send an email introducing your contact and CC [email protected]. After that our team handles everything including the discovery call and signup. You can track the status of your referral anytime through your partner portal.
What if my referral did not sign up through my unique link?
Reach out to us at [email protected] and we will look into it manually if it qualifies. Our team does its best to make sure every referral is credited correctly.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
Absolutely not. Every successful placement earns you $100 and there is no ceiling. Refer one person or refer fifty, every placement counts.
How do I track my referrals?
Log into your partner portal at partners.dsmtalent.com anytime to see your referrals and their status. You always know exactly where things stand.
How long does my unique signup link stay active?
Your link never expires. Once someone signs up through your link, they are tied to your account permanently.
